The Inclusive Economic Empowerment (IEE) Pathways Programme is an initiative designed to equip young people with practical skills, training and support to improve their employability and entrepreneurial potential. The programme provides structured learning opportunities through two pathways: employment, which focuses on workplace readiness, skills development and practical work experience, and enterprise development, which supports aspiring entrepreneurs in building and growing sustainable businesses. By promoting inclusive access to economic opportunities, the programme seeks to address youth unemployment and underemployment, strengthen financial independence and encourage sustainable livelihoods, with particular attention to women, girls and persons with disabilities.
